FAQs

Will we meet or get to talk before the photoshoot?

Yes, yes, and yes again. Due to the intimate nature of these photoshoots I personally would not feel comfortable meeting with an individual or couple without first speaking and making sure that all parties are on the same page, have a good idea of what to expect, and feel comfortable with each other prior to meeting. After submitting the contact form I will reach out to you to set a time and date to speak either via phone, facetime, or zoom.

Do You Travel?

I do! If you are in a different city and would like for me to come to you that can certainly be arranged.

Where will the photoshoot take place?

Wherever you are most comfortable. Most of the photoshoots I do take place either in the home of the client or a rented space like an Airbnb or hotel room.

Do I have to be fully nude or perform a sexual act during the photoshoot?

Not at all, when a couple or individual pays for a photo shoot they dictate what is captured. Whether that be simply photos of two lovers cuddling in bed wearing their most cozy outfit or a boudoir style photoshoot. Even if an individual or couple plans on being fully nude or doing sexual acts they have the complete power and control to change the direction of the photoshoot based on what they are comfortable with at the time.

Will my photos be posted online?

Only if given written consent from the person or couple in the photo. Most of the photos I take never get posted anywhere as the majority of the couples and individuals I work with prefer to keep their photos private. The photos seen on the website and in the gallery pages are only a small percentage of the photos I’ve taken over the years. I’m grateful that I was given permission to use the photos displayed throughout the website.

How long does a photoshoot take?

A typical photoshoot takes about 2-3 hours. It really depends on how much talking we do haha. I love getting to know the couples and individuals that I work with so before every shoot there is usually a bit of convo before we get to the actual photoshoot.

What is the intimacy project?

The Intimacy Project is my personal project that is focused on showing the beauty, diversity, and raw power of sexuality, intimacy, and the human form. I am in need of volunteers for the project so if you, you and your lover, or someone you know is interested please have them reach out to me.

*Volunteers must be comfortable being posed and directed as well as expressing intimacy with their partner in front of a camera. Photos will be either nude or semi nude as a major emphasis of this project is to also show the beauty of bodies, shapes, and sizes.*

Participants will receive digital copies of the photos and will be entitled to compensation if the photos are used in any published works.

Are you LGtbQ+ friendly?

Of course, the main purpose of my work is to uplift and show the beauty of sexuality and intimacy amongst ALL peoples. That's regardless of how they identify or their sexual preferences.

i’ve never done anything like this before. do you help with posing or giving instructions?

Absolutely. I've got you covered when it comes to posing and being able to direct you to get the photos you like. I can also help with finding ways to help you get more comfortable. Most of the people I work with have never been in front of a lens so creating comfort and a space for one to feel open and relaxed is something I pride myself in. I am also super open to whatever ideas you or your and your partner have and can help make them a reality. If you struggle with getting an idea of what kind of photos you want then I suggest finding examples online and sending them to me prior to your shoot.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course! My only suggestion/word of caution would be to bring someone that you feel your absolute most comfortable with *especially* if you plan on being photographed nude or doing any kind of sexual act. The person you bring should be someone that you have no problem being completely open and comfortable with and someone that you feel is a truly supports your desire to be photographed.

Are you open to photographing kink/fetish?

Yes absolutely, that's a part of sexuality right? I'm open to capturing all types of fetish and kinks excluding any kinks that are not of a legal nature. Generally speaking as long as 1) all parties are 18 years or older 2) All parties agree and consent to the acts taking place 3) and none of the parties involved are hurt, harmed, or endangered in any capacity you should be good to go!
